Memberships
All memberships require a 6-month commitment. The initial consultation is in-person, with subsequent visits available in-person or via telemedicine.
Initial Women’s Midlife Health Membership
- Who: Women (40+) addressing midlife hormone changes during perimenopause/menopause.

- Includes:
- Initial consult with a focused physical exam
- 4 follow-up visits
- 2 optional InBody body composition analyses
- Sample Schedule:
- Month 1: Initial consult + InBody analysis (optional)
- Month 2-3: 1 follow-up visit each month
- Months 4-6: 2 follow-up visits + InBody analysis (optional)
Initial Women’s Midlife Health & Weight Management Membership
- Who: Women (40+) seeking midlife health optimization and weight management.
- Cost: $3,120.00
- Includes:
- 2 initial consults (metabolic health + midlife health)
- 6 hour-long follow-up appointments
- 3 InBody body composition analyses
- Sample Schedule:
- Month 1: 2 initial consults + 1 follow-up visit
- Month 2-5: 1 follow-up visit per month
- Month 6: 1 follow-up visit + InBody analysis
Initial Adult & Pediatric Metabolic Health & Weight Management Membership
- Who: Adults & children (12+) with pre-obesity or obesity seeking weight management.
- Cost: $2,190.00
- Includes:
- Initial consult
- 9 follow-up visits
- 3 InBody body composition analyses
- Sample Schedule:
- Month 1: Initial consult + InBody analysis + 3 follow-up visits

Metabolic Health Reset Membership
- Who: Established patients (seen within 3 years) needing a temporary increase in visits.

- Month 1: Initial consult + InBody analysis + 1 follow-up visit

Continuing Membership
- Who: Established patients continuing care after completing an initial membership.
- Cost: $550.00
- Includes:
- 2 follow-up visits
- 2 InBody body composition analyses
- Sample Schedule:
- Months 1-3: 1 follow-up visit + InBody analysis
- Months 3-6: 1 follow-up visit + InBody analysis
- Note: Patients not seen in over a year require a mini-consult before enrolling.
Family & Friends Membership
- Who: Groups of up to 4 members seeking accountability and support.
- Cost: 5% off each group member’s membership total.
- Includes: All features of individual plans, with the option for individual or group follow-up visits.
Additional Services
Mini Consult
- Who: Patients considering membership who want a meet-and-greet.
- Cost: $150.00 (credited toward membership if purchased within 30 days)
- Includes: 30-minute consultation + optional InBody analysis
Additional Visit
- Who: All established patients
- Cost: $150.00
- Includes: 30-minute visit (in-person or virtual) for new concerns, medication adjustments, or health changes.
