At Journey Health, our mission has always been to provide personalized, supportive care for every stage of your health journey — whether that’s weight management, metabolic health, menopause support, or overall wellness.
When we launched, our membership model was built around condition-specific packages. Patients could choose a membership focused on menopause, metabolic health, or weight management, depending on their needs. While this approach worked well for some, it also limited flexibility for others.
That’s why we’re excited to announce a new tiered membership model designed to make care simpler, clearer, and more adaptable for all patients.
What We Learned From the Old Model
- Patients don’t fit neatly into categories. Many of our members had overlapping needs — for example, weight management and menopause care.
- One size doesn’t fit all. Some patients needed frequent visits, while others only required light monitoring.
- Flexibility matters. As patients made progress, their needs changed. Our old model didn’t make it easy to scale support up or down.
Why the Tiered Model Works Better
Our new tiered structure (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold) is built around frequency of visits and level of support, rather than diagnosis.
- Basic → Quarterly check-ins for stable patients
- Bronze → Monthly visits for steady accountability
- Silver → Biweekly visits for consistent progress
- Gold → 3 visits per month for premium support
This model works better because it puts the focus on you — your goals, your timeline, and the amount of accountability you want.

A New Standard: 45-Minute Appointments
As part of this change, all Journey Health appointments will now be a standard 45 minutes.
Why? Because 45 minutes gives us the best of both worlds:
- More time than a standard 30-minute visit, so we can dig deeper into your health needs.
- More focused than an hour-long visit, so you leave with clear, actionable steps.
- Enough time for individualized care, education, and planning at every visit.
Every patient, every appointment, will have this dedicated time — ensuring consistency and quality across all tiers.
A Stronger Beginning: Initial Consultation
All patients at Journey Health will begin with a full initial consultation which includes an optional complimentary bioimpedance body composition scan.
New patients previously offered a shorter “mini consultation” will now receive a full 45-minute consultation.

This first consultation ensures that every patient begins their membership with a strong foundation and a clear direction for their health journey.
